I am a pregnant mom of 5 with my 6th child on the way! Unfortunately I did not enjoy my experience in the office with Dr. Lambert. The first reason is because it was hot and stuffy and that made me feel very sick. I also did not appreciate her energy towards me. My previous Obstatrician is on the other side of town from me but I drove the distance to be seen by her because I trusted her wholeheartedly and I loved her professionalism. Well she is now moving to Canada with her family (I’m sad but also happy for her) so I thought maybe I should find a new doctor closer to where I reside. I purposely mentioned this to the medical assistant during our time together. Much to my surprise when Dr. Lambert came in she was very quick to tell me that she heard that I was shopping around for a doctor which was so far from the truth. I only chose one office to try to see if it was a good fit. Her office so I wasn’t shopping around at all. I didn't want to continue using the office of my previous Doctor which is almost an hour away from my home. Also when going over my medical history with her, I answered a question about my past diagnosis that she then preceded to ask me again as if she didn’t get the truth the first time. This shocked me and I was insulted to have to repeat myself as if she didn’t not believe me. One thing that I will not do is go around in circles with a doctor that I’m paying about my care. Nor will I be made to feel like I have to argue to receive proper care from my doctor…No thank you. I will definitely not be going back to that office on any day. I am pregnant at the a

Heather was very thorough and informative. She performed my routine exam and then listened to my concerns and requests. She offered options and seemed genuinely interested in finding solutions to my concerns. She did not rush through her time with me and that to me says a lot about her professionalism.

I’ve been coming to Heather Welch every year for many years. At first I was prehensile about seeing a nurse practitioner but she’s actually the best OBGYN health professional that I have ever seen. She’s awesome!

I have been going to Dr. Lambert’s office for almost 20 years. The staff is amazing and Heather is the best. From pre-pregnancy to delivering my now 13-year-old son, and now getting ready to start pre-menopause. There’s no other OB/GYN that I would trust more.

My experiences with my visits and care with Dr. Lambert’s practice, have always been wonderful! I have been a patient with Dr. Lambert since 1995. She delivered my two children. She is caring, thorough, professional, and has always taken such good care of me. I have nothing but glowing and good things to say about Dr. Lambert and her office staff!!!

I’ve been going to Dr Lori for 7 years and absolutely love her. She’s smart, gentle, and can understand a woman’s body that I’m sorry unless you have female parts - a male doctor will never understand. I recommend her to anyone and everyone. I will be broken hearted one day when she retires. Hopefully that is many many years away!!!
