Heather was exceptional. She was so kind and caring. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns without me having to ask. She made me feel very comfortable and reassured me when she could tell I was nervous. Overall, my experience was wonderful from start to finish. Of course my annual comes up like any apt but the office staff makes me feel so welcome and Heather listens to my concerns and makes the procedure of examination easy and quick. Dr. Lambert is always also available to weigh in to address any pressing concerns. Fabulous practice from soup to nuts.
